El 25 de mayo de 1927 se funda la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Manta con el prop\u00f3sito de unir a los comerciantes de la ciudad, para defender sus leg\u00edtimos intereses, ofrecerles servicios que satisfagan sus necesidades y consensuar los macro proyectos de la comunidad.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n\nEntre los m\u00e1ximos logros de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Manta, fue crear en el a\u00f1o 2.000 el Centro de Mediaci\u00f3n registrado en el Consejo Nacional de la Judicatura, bajo el No. 59 y de igual manera con el Centro de Arbitraje, bajo el No.<\/strong>\n6.<\/strong>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\nLa Abg. Violeta Delgado Castillo es la Directora del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediaci\u00f3n, junto a notados profesionales, entre \u00e1rbitros y mediadores calificados en diferentes \u00e1reas del Derecho utilizan el m\u00e9todo alternativo para la soluci\u00f3n\nde problemas, permitiendo a los usuarios encontrar la soluci\u00f3n a las controversias susceptibles de transacci\u00f3n, ofreciendo ventajas como agilidad, eficiencia, confiabilidad, independencia, imparcialidad y privacidad.\n\nEl arbitraje y la mediaci\u00f3n son m\u00e9todos alternativos para la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos, reconocidos en la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica, por lo que la legislaci\u00f3n civil ha reconocido, la importancia de la conciliaci\u00f3n como una etapa obligatoria\nde los diferentes procesos, descongestionando las salas de los juzgados y fiscal\u00edas, resolviendo conflictos legales transigibles.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
